the great thing about new york is that it never fails to amaze me. tonight, mike ordered pizza and went to pick it up. on the way home, he stopped by a grocery store to pick up milk.
once he arrived home, he opened up each of the three boxes like everyone does when they order pizza (even if they ordered them and know what is in all of them - why do we do this?). two of the pizzas were fine, but the last one was missing about three quarters of the slices.
we can only conclude that someone took them while mike was in the grocery store. i suppose we should consider ourselves lucky that they didn't just take all the pizzas. it would have been easier for them, i guess. so if anyone happens to see someone walking down the sidewalk with eight slices of pizza and no box or napkins, those slices are ours.
but don't feel obligated to ask for them back.

so where were the pizzas when Mike was buying the milk? Maybe the pizza people never put the whole pizza in the box!!!
Just wondering...
