easy solution, right? keep them out of his reach.
well, ladies and gentlemen, it's not so easy.
now, i can never find any hair ties when i need them. fred, however, seems to have a never-ending supply - or at least he always has one to play with.
so, in essence, he's managed to keep them out of my reach instead.

Our cats seems to still the bread bag ties all the time.
