mike and his brother cory look almost exactly alike.

to the point where once cory came to the door instead of mike and i didn't know which brother he was.

to the point where during the wedding we needed a picture of the happily married couple and couldn't find mike and someone said "here, use cory instead."

mike, however, claims that "he just doesn't see it."

then, a few days ago, mike shaved his beard off completely. i was sitting in the living room when he came out of the bathroom and said "you know, i just caught a look at myself in the mirror and i was surprised to see i resemble cory."

um... duh.

giggling, i wrote to cory's wife to tell her the story. laughing, she relayed it to cory.

his response? "i just don't see it."
