mike and i found an apartment! we've signed the lease and everything.

the good news:
- great windows and light
- perfect location (we couldn't be closer to the train station unless we lived IN it)
- open floor plan
- a dishwasher!

not so good news:
- it's significantly smaller than the apartment we have. (that's bad)

but.... i get to go through our things and downsize and this is one of my favorite activities.

(and that's good)
