today we made toast pizzas and pancakes (with applesauce, coconut, raspberries or chocolate chips!) at the library. i know, i know, what a combination. but they are easy to make and the kids had a blast. there was quite a crowd in the meeting room, i'll tell you that.

as my boss commented: you're going to have lots of chunky happy children.

we can only hope. :-)
