most people would agree that i'm young. (does that reflect more on who i hang out with?)

and, most of the time, i feel pretty young. or at least inexperienced. this may have to do with things like this: after the show, someone introduced me to their family as the producer and they all exclaimed "you're so young!"

today, though, i was helping one of our regulars with her homework. one of her math questions was "how old will you be in twenty years?"

and when i realized that she would still not be as old as i am twenty years from now... well, then i felt old.

and that was the beginning of the rest of my life...
