mike has invited two new york chemists over for dinner tonight. i've struggled with what to make: do i make something new and exciting or do i stick to something i know i can do? in the end, i think i'll go with lasagna. it feeds more people without using up as many fillets (chicken and fish fillets are officially extremely expensive!)

because of my sitting-in-the-apartment-bored thing, i've started working with clay again. and i have to say that i make a really really adorable clay tuxedo. i should try to sell my designs to hallmark as the new precious moments. :-)
