last saturday i got a pedicure. my feet are now "smokin' in havana." yes, that is a real nail color and it is now on my toes. i also discovered another thing that i can't do without telling people i'm diabetic. we have to be very careful with our feet!

packing packing packing. tomorrow our piano is being taken away. the real challenge will be clearing a path to the door. mike is on that detail right now. i'm the administration and he's the labor. :-)

why do people think that people hurting themselves is funny? we're watching america's funniest home videos (and by watching i mean, it's on while we pack) and most of the videos are people falling, hitting themselves on the head or crashing violently into things. why is this funny?

in other news, mike has constructed a volcano for me for my pompeii program on thursday. it actually spews stuff out the top and will be a big hit.
