i've been teaching sunday school at our church. it's usually a small group of kids (read: 2 or 3), so i've been working on activities that span the age levels.

last week, we talked about creation and all the things that god had made. at the end, we made a paper plate mobile with things that god had created dangling down. the centerpiece, the plate, said "god created everything! god created me!" i asked the kids to draw a picture of themselves in the center.

the girl drew a fantastic picture of herself in a field with flowers.

the boy drew a picture of the wii.

(he added googly eyes to the top of it, though. no one can resist googly eyes.)
