what i should have done this weekend: get next week's library programs ready.


what i actually did this weekend:







someone donated several barbie dolls to the library, but they only came with the outfit they were wearing. and while the girls have been playing with them anyway, i think half the fun is dressing them in other clothes. so, voila: other clothes.

i'll take a picture of the blue dress i'm working on next (if it works out).

p.s. did you know that barbies are different now? they have flat stomachs instead of the hinge/twist waist and i swear their chests are smaller. that probably doesn't exuse me letting little girls play with them, though, does it, mom. sorry.
